KITCHEN / DINER The fitted open plan kitchen / dining area is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, small integral fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/dryer and dining table with 4 chairs. There is a sea glimpse from the dining room window at the rear of the apartment, enabling you to check out the surf.
LIVING AREA is a bright open plan area with three sash windows to the front. It has a large feature fireplace, original wooden floor, two leather three-seater sofas, oak sideboard, nest of 2 coffee tables, 40" HD TV and DVD player.
BEDROOM ONE - has a 4' 6'' double bed with luxury mattress, bedside tables, Skagerak oak mini hanging rail, chest of drawers and a glimpse of the sea. At high tide you will hear the waves breaking on the beach behind. This room will not accommodate a travel cot.
BEDROOM TWO - two luxury 3' mattresses on twin single beds, which could be put together to make a large double. There are 2 Skagerak oak mini hanging rails, chest of drawers and bedside table. This room will not accommodate a travel cot.
BATHROOM . There is a small bathroom that has a bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin with shaver point.
FORECOURT AREA. By The Beach has a small attractive forecourt area at the front which has a bench and potted plant pots, a perfect place in summer to enjoy a glass of wine. This is often covered in sand during the winter months as we are so close to the beach. A kyack may be chained and padlocked to the granite post - padlock/chains not supplied.
CENTRAL HEATING throughout with radiators in every room. QUALITY BED LINEN INCLUDED, with beds made up ready for you - duvets, covers, sheets and pillow cases. Tea towels provided. One hand towel and one bath towel provided for 4 people.
NO beach towels are supplied.
NO PARKING AVAILABLE 'The Island' car park is a 3 minute walk, other car parks are nearby if this is full during peak summer weeks. At the top of the slipway next to the apartment there is room to drop off and unload.

ONE WELL BEHAVED PET WELCOME - There is an extra £30 charge for a pet staying. Please bring their bed/bowls etc. STRICTLY NO ANIMALS IN THE BEDROOMS

ACCESS Unsuitable for wheelchairs as the property is accessed up three steps from the main forecourt and has very limited space in the bedrooms and bathroom.
