THE FITTED OPEN PLAN KITCHEN / DINING AREA IS WELL EQUIPPED WITH A GAS HOB, ELECTRIC OVEN, SMALL INTEGRAL FRIDGE WITH ICE BOX, MICROWAVE, WASHER / DRYER AND DINING TABLE WITH 4 CHAIRS. THERE IS A SEA GLIMPSE FROM THE DINING ROOM WINDOW AT THE REAR OF THE APARTMENT ENABLING YOU TO CHECK OUT THE SURF.
THE LIVING AREA IS A BRIGHT OPEN PLAN AREA WITH THREE SASH WINDOWS TO THE FRONT. IT HAS A LARGE FEATURE FIREPLACE, ORIGINAL WOODEN FLOOR, TWO LEATHER THREE SEATER SOFAS, OAK SIDEBOARD, NEST OF TWO COFFEE TABLES, 40" HD TV AND DVD PLAYER.
BEDROOM ONE / THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS A 4' 6" DOUBLE WITH A LUXURY MATTRESS, BEDSIDE TABLES, SKAGERAK OAK MINI HANGING RAIL, CHEST OF DRAWERS AND A GLIMPSE OF THE SEA. AT HIGH TIDE YOU WILL HEAR THE WAVES BREAKING ON THE BEACH BEHIND. THIS ROOM WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE A TRAVEL COT.
BEDROOM TWO / THE TWIN ROOM HAS TWO LUXURY 3' MATTRESSES ON TWIN SINGLE BEDS WHICH COULD BE PUT TOGETHER TO MAKE A LARGE DOUBLE. THERE ARE 2 SAGERAK OAK MINI HANGING RAILS, CHEST OF DRAWERS AND BEDSIDE TABLE. THIS ROOM WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE A TRAVEL COT.
BY THE BEACH HAS A SMALL ATTRACTIVE FORECOURT AREA AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WHICH HAS A BENCH AND POTTED PLANT POTS, A PERFECT PLACE TO SIT IN THE SUMMER AND ENJOY A GLASS OF WINE. THE FORECOURT AREA IS USUALLY COVERED IN SAND DURING THE WINTER MONTHS AS THE APARTMENT IS CLOSE TO THE BEACH. A KAYAK MAY BE CHAINED AND PADLOCKED TO THE GRANITE POST, PADLOCK AND CHAIN NOT SUPPLIED.
There is no parking available at the property but the Island car park is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. There are other car parks nearby if this is full during peak summer weeks. At the top of the slipway next to the apartment there is room to drop off and unload.
HEATING & LINEN
There is central heating throughout with radiators in every room.
Quality bed linen is included with beds made up ready for you; duvets, covers, sheets and pillow cases. Tea towels provided. One hand towel and one bath towel provided for 4 people.
PETS & ACCESS
One well behaved pet is welcome. There is an extra charge of £30 for a pet staying. Please bring their bed / bowls etc. Please strictly no animals in the bedroom!
Unfortunatly the property is not wheelchair accessible as the property is up three steps from the main forecourt and has very limited space in the bedrooms and bathroom.
There is strictly no smoking allowed anywhere within the apartment, building or surrounding forecourt outside the property as to be mindful of other guests staying in neighbouring apartments. If you go arround the corner you can smoke whilst enjoying the beautiful view of Porthmeor beach.
