KITCHEN / DINER.  The newly fitted open plan kitchen / dining area is well equiped with a gas hob, electric oven, integral fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine and table with four chairs. There is a sea glimpse from the large dining room window at the rear of the apartment, enabling you to check out the surf.

LIVING AREA.  This is a bright open plan area with three sash windows to the front and dining area window looking towards the sea. It has a large feature fireplace, original wooden floor, two leather three-seater sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, and is decorated to a high standard with some original paintings.

 The slipway to Porthmeor Beach at the side of the apartment, where you can drop off suitcases.

BEDROOM ONE  has a 4' 6'' double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and a glimpse of the sea. At high tide you will hear the waves breaking on the beach behind. This room will not accomodate a travel cot.

BEDROOM TWO  has two 3' twin single beds that can be put together to make a large double. There is a wardrobe, with draws and bedside table. This room will not accomodate a travel cot.

BATHROOM . There is a small bathroom that has a bath with shower, wc and wash hand basin with shaver point.

ACCESS Unsuitable for wheelchairs as it is accessed up three steps from the main forecourt and has very limited space in the bedroom and bathroom area's.  

FORECOURT AREA .  By The Beach has a small attractive forecourt area at the front which has a bench, palm and potted plant pots with windmills. This is often covered in sand during the winter months as we are so close to the beach.

CENTRAL HEATING  throughout with radiators in every room. BED LINEN INCLUDED  - duvet covers, sheets, tea towels and blankets are provided. TOWELS are not supplied.

NO PARKING AVAILABLE  'The Island' car park is a 2 min flat walk , other car parks are nearby if this is full during peak summer weeks.  At the top of the slipway next to the apartment there is room to park and unload.

STRICTLY NON SMOKING  SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED   

The three beaches all within an easy 5 minute walk..
