Accommodation - sleeps four

 

KITCHEN / DINER.  The newly fitted open plan kitchen / dining area is well equiped with a gas hob, electric oven, integral fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine and table with four chairs. There is a sea glimpse from the large dining room window at the rear of the apartment, enabling you to check out the surf.

LIVING AREA.  This is a bright open plan area with three sash windows to the front and dining area window looking towards the sea. It has a large feature fireplace, original wooden floor, two leather three-seater sofas, coffee table, TV with DVD, and CD player, and is decorated to a high standard with some original paintings.

 The slipway to Porthmeor Beach at the side of the apartment, where you can drop off suitcases.

BEDROOM ONE  has a 4' 6'' double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and a glimpse of the sea. At high tide you will hear the waves breaking on the beach behind. This room will not accomodate a travel cot.

BEDROOM TWO  has two 3' twin single beds that can be put together to make a large double. There is a wardrobe, with draws and bedside table, along with a portable TV. This room will not accomodate a travel cot.

BATHROOM . There is a small bathroom that has a bath with shower above, wc, wash hand basin with shaver point and mirrors.

FORECOURT AREA .  By The Beach has a small attractive forecourt area at the front which has a bench, small palms and potted plants. This can become covered in sand during the winter months as we are so close to the beach.

CENTRAL HEATING  throughout with radiators in every room. BED LINEN INCLUDED  - duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and blankets are provided. TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS are not supplied, but can be hired for an extra charge ( £12 for 2 bath, 2 hand and 2 tea towels )

NO PARKING AVAILABLE ( The Island car park is a 2 mins walk )  STRICTLY NON SMOKING  NO PETS ALLOWED

The three beaches all within an easy 5 minute walk..
